Capt Cynthia McCarthy will relinquish command of Crow Wing Composite Squadron and 1Lt Heike Dodge will assume command on Monday 14 Oct 2019. Additionally, Maj Dale Armstrong will receive two North Central Region Awards. The ceremony will begin at 1930. Refreshments will be served immediately following the ceremony. The uniform is Blues, Corporate Service Dress or appropriate civilian attire.
