Minnesota Leadership Academy is an academic cadet programs activity crossing every aspect of the cadet program. Airman Training School is for cadets who are new to the program and have not attended an Encampment yet. Non-Commissioned Officers School is for cadets who have attended Encampment and are learning the skills of direct leadership. Regional Cadet Leadership School is for senior NCOs and junior officers who are learning the skills of indirect and executive leadership. This activity will take place at Camp Ripley.
