Training Leaders of Cadets is the premiere venue for Cadet Programs Officers to learn how to become better mentor of cadets and more effective managers of cadet squadrons. This is the new TLC-Basic Course, recently released by National as a 1-day class. There will be a modest fee for printing, snacks, and lunch. Uniform may be any appropriate for working with cadets.
