ALL MN SQUADRONS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE!! This is the oldest and largest July 4th parade in Minnesota, attended by over 60,000 people. CAP to provide a Color Guard + marchers in the parade, and 20-30 safety marshals along the parade route, supporting law enforcement and EMTs as added eyes and ears.
