Memorial Day Program starting at 1000 hrs. at the Oakhill Cemetery in South St Paul (243 16th Ave N). CAP Cadets will be participating in a color guard unit and as attendees. If it rains, the program will be held at the South St Paul High School. This program is sponsored by the VFW Post 295.
