Participants should plan to arrive at 08:30, enter through Gate 3 off 34th Avenue. Civil Air Patrol Members will assist setting up chairs, flags, sound system/podium, and organizing wreaths for distribution and placement after the 11:00 ceremony. UOD is ABUs. NOTE: All CAP participants must have appropriate winter weather gear, e.g. hats, gloves, jackets and boots.
