Notes:
Wreaths Across America at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. CAP Members should plan to arrive at 08:30, enter through Gate 3 off 34th Avenue, park, and assemble near the Visitor Center and Flag Pole. CAP Members will assist setting up chairs, flags, sound system/podium, organizing wreaths for distribution and Wreath Placement immediately after the 11:00 Ceremony. UOD is ABUs. NOTE: All CAP participants must have appropriate winter weather gear, e.g. hats, gloves, jackets and boots.
