Notes:
Food servicing: precooked sausage, eggs, pancakes, coffee, OJ Food storage: All food will be refrigerated/frozen until ready to cook. Once cooked, all food will be served onto a customer's plate or put into electric warming units and maintained at a safe temperature. Food license: Crow Wing/Grand Rapids will submit a joint license in March 2026. Funds: SMs will be assigned to the cash register. Two SMs will count the cash and report the amount to the finance officer. One SM will write a check to MN Wing CAP for the amount of cash. Hygiene: All members will wash hands before working, wear covers, and wear gloves if touching food directly.
