Requesting MN Wing Civil Air Patrol Assistance

To request MN Wing Civil Air Patrol assistance in an emergency, please contact the State of Minnesota Duty Officer. Otherwise, you may contact Maj Paul Pieper at dos@mncap.org for non-emergency requests.  Alternatively, you may call the Civil Air Patrol National Operations Center at 888-211-1812.

NIMS Courses and Requirements

Minnesota HSEM Training Courses - Many courses are available through the Minnesota Office of Homeland Security and Emergnecy Management.  CAP members are encouraged to participate in these classes.  Anyone interested in any of those courses must contact MN Wing DOS for approval before registering for a course.
