Welcome to the website of the Black CAP Emergency Services
College. The College, founded in 1983, has served Minnesota Wing as a
training ground for Emergency Services and as an opportunity to learn in a fun
and unforgettable environment. The College has had a number of homes over
its history. This year the College will be holding classes on its Aviation
Campus located at the Red Wing CAP Center on the historic Red Wing Municipal
Airport.
The Aviation Campus sports a 40,000 square foot training
facility, a heated hangar bay, meeting rooms, and an active flight line.
Please note that the Aviation Campus does not have showering or kitchen
facilities at this time, but does have running water (hot and cold!). The
hangar space will double as the primary residence hall for the College.
Students will have to provide their own sleeping bags, pillows, etc.
